What’s included in the rental price?
Everything. Seriously. Tables, chairs, linens, A/V equipment, Wi-Fi, TVs, cleaning, and access to our prep kitchen, bar, and breakout spaces it’s all part of the package. No hidden fees. Just one price, full service.
How many people can your space accommodate?
We’re perfect for events up to 75 guests, depending on your setup. Whether you’re hosting a seated dinner, standing cocktail party, or breakout workshop, we’ll help you make the most of every square foot.
What types of events do you host?
We do not limit ourselves to certain types of events, and would love to hear what type of event you have in mind. Our space has the flexibility and ambiance to host a wide variety of events. Here is a list of some that we have hosted in the past:
Corporate off-sites, Birthday parties, Graduation parties, Podcast Filming, Photography Sessions, Engagement Celebrations...

Are there any restrictions on vendors?
While we ask for prior approval of any vendors not on our vendor partnership list, the only real restriction is that they need to have appropriate licensing. We also ask that any outside vendors be up to date on our venue policies (they will be given that information by us once we have confirmed them as a vendor, it is their responsibility to be familiar with it).
Can I tour the space before booking?
Yes, and we highly recommend it. Photos don’t do it justice. Reach out to schedule a tour, we’d love to show you around and answer all your what-ifs in person.
Do you require event insurance?
Yes, we ask all clients to provide a certificate of event insurance. It’s a simple step that helps protect everyone and ensures peace of mind.
Are children/minors allowed at 620 Collective?
Yes! We are a family-friendly event venue and welcome guests of all ages. We ask that you keep an eye on younger children at all times. Our event space has many high-value antiques. If you are concerned about children potentially causing damage and keeping you from getting your security deposit back, we recommend an adult-only or age-restricted event.
Is parking available?
Yes! We’ve got plenty of parking onsite for you and your guests. No long walks. No awkward downtown scramble.
Does 620 Collective offer catering?
While 620 Collective does not offer an in house caterer, we do have partnerships with vendors that are of high quality.
Will there be anything else going on at the Venue during my event?
For full-day bookings, your event will be the only thing on the calendar that day. We will not take any other bookings or accept walkthroughs or venue tours on this day. For partial day bookings- We will allow two partial day bookings on the same day, or a partial day booking as well as a walk through, however, we will always allow a cushion of time between the set up and tear down windows for all guests to have exited the venue, and the space to be cleaned properly.
Your event at 620 Collective will never be interrupted by another booking or a venue tour.
