Eric & Ann Freeman
Venue Owners
Eric and Ann Freeman are the visionary husband-and-wife team behind 620 Collective. Together, they bring a unique fusion of heart, hospitality, and high-level leadership to every event hosted in their curated Salem venue.
Ann’s background includes 26 years at Nike most recently as Vice President and General Manager of North America where she led large-scale teams and now uses that strategic expertise to guide operations, branding, and client experience. Eric, a relational powerhouse with a gift for storytelling and connection, leads with warmth and intentionality, ensuring each guest feels truly seen and celebrated.
As longtime Oregonians raising six children, they’ve built their lives on faith, family, and community. Hosting events at 620 Collective is more than a business to them it’s a reflection of their values and vision: to create a space where people feel welcomed, inspired, and at home.
Rachel Oglesby
Venue Director, 620 Collective
Rachel Oglesby brings a thoughtful blend of creativity, hospitality, and heart to her role as Venue Director at 620 Collective. With a background in both event planning and antiques dealing, Rachel deeply appreciates vintage charm and timeless details, making her a natural fit for a venue beautifully styled with curated pieces.
Originally from Gold Beach, Oregon, Rachel met her husband at Cascade College in Portland. They’ve been married for nearly 22 years and have four children who are her greatest joy. When she’s not running events or sourcing antique treasures, she loves adventuring with her family and cheering on her kids in everything they do.
Rachel’s passion for meaningful connection and beautifully lived-in spaces is what makes 620 Collective feel like home for every couple, family, or organization that walks through the doors.
